Here's some pics, as you can see there's upper overhead panel almost done. Pedestal panels need some fixing. Cant wait to get these done, after these there will be mechanisms coming up which has been under construction quite long time.

cannot tell u how so HAPPY I was to find your site!. I had already started work on doing this myself in solidworks, when my computer blew up on me ... I plan do do many many other parts using 3d printer as well (instruments, etcs), and trying to figure out how to use multilayers of clear acrylic between regular filament layers for back-lighting of lettering and call-out graphics.

Welcome! My name is Martin, I'm from Finland. I bought 3D printer in beginning of 2013 and started learning 3D modeling. Suddenly I came a cross with 737 video which looked like video from real 737 cockpit. After that video I decided that I must build one, but money was the problem. Most realistic simulators could cost from 50k to 200k+ and that is way too much for me. So I started to create my own panels and mechanism using 3D modeling software and 3D printer. It's also one goal to get this available for everyone who has interest to this kind of projects. Archives
